It’s as simple as that. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to know about it and we want the opportunity to make it right.

You may return new, unopened items in their original product packaging for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned in original condition within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. However, refunds for items that have been opened, show signs of use, or missing original packaging, labels, etc., may be in the form of a credit, redeemable on your next purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, but we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please understand that CODs or postage due items will not be accepted.

Items must be returned using a shipping method that can be tracked. Merchandise valued at more than $100 must be insured. Jewelry that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. To receive a full purchase price credit, merchandise must be returned in new, unused/unworn condition, Exchanges are provided only for identical items in a different size.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If any of your items were damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Please retain the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials for inspection and retrieval by the shipper for claims processing.

If you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, download it from here, free of charge.) Simply print out and complete the form and return it with the merchandise you wish to return or exchange. You will find our address on the form. Exchanges are provided only for identical items in a different size.
